Description | Giving you the practical skills and expertise to work in today's radio and audio industry, this course prepares you for all aspects of production and presenting. You'll learn to make audio content for music shows, speech, drama, features, documentary and advertising, as well as experimenting with the creation of new formats. You'll be taught by radio professionals in our suite of industry-standard studios.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to put your skills to the test. In addition to working on Tone (the university’s own radio station), students set up and ran their own FM radio station at both Wychwood and 2000trees festivals. Radio students also run the annual Glos-Tone-Beret music event in Cheltenham.
