Prerequisites NotesApplicants should normally have at least a 2.1 Honours degree in the cognate subjects of Biology, Physiology, Sports & Exercise Science, Nutrition or Exercise Science. Your first degree must contain the study of biochemistry and human physiology to level 5. A list of courses previously accepted for entry can be found at this link. Applicants who do not have English as their first language are required to have IELTS 7.0 with no skill below 6.5 or an equivalent award.

DescriptionThe role dietitians play in contributing to people's health and wellbeing is significant. Our course provides you with the knowledge and professional skills required to become a practising dietitian.

You will learn to interpret nutritional science and its application in health and illness together with biochemistry, physiology, food science and social science perspectives to develop an evidence based and critical approach to dietetic practice and the effective management of therapeutic conditions
