Description | This diploma is a 23-week program that can be taken online via distance learning, at your own pace and location, or taken in-class or as a combination. The Help Desk Technician diploma is designed for students wishing to embark on a career in the Information Technology industry. This program will provide students with the skills necessary to service computer systems and to support users of these systems. Students will study the theory of computer systems and operating systems and then develop practical skills through hands-on training. In addition, students will work with industry standard application software to develop expertise with desktop applications operations and troubleshooting operating systems.
