| Description | The Pre-Apprenticeship Truck Trailer Service Program consists of 23 weeks in school and 8 weeks on-the-job and will equip students with the basic skills required to secure a position as an apprentice. The curriculum provides the student with Basic Level apprentice training, and also provides additional skills designed to increase the student's general level of knowledge about the truck trailer service industry and to provide employment strategies, an eight week placement and academic upgrading (if required). Graduates may choose to pursue an apprenticeship in the Truck Trailer Technician trade or further training in a related field.
