DescriptionThe Bachelor of Health Administration (post-diploma) is open to all those who have an approved two-year diploma in business, administration, or any health-related field. The degree builds on the skills and knowledge acquired in the diploma program.The goal of the program is to enable graduates to acquire critical thinking, communications and managerial skills; congruent with the outcomes of the health administration degree.

Possible career options include: health administrators; long-term care managers; middle management-level positions at various health care facilities; healthcare related consultant agencies; international organizations such as WHO, CARE, World Vision, CIDA, and CUSO; provincial and Federal Government's departments of health and social services; health care workers and supervisors at private and public health care facilities.
