Prerequisites Notes | Applicants must possess an Alberta High School Diploma or equivalent with a mark of 50% in English 30/30-1 or 60% in English 33/30-2. Applicants will be required to participate in a pre-program interview.

Description | Certificate The Community Wellness Certificate Program will provide you with the skills necessary for enhancing the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being of children and families in your community by reducing risk factors and increasing protective factors. The Program is geared towards caregivers from various disciplines (child welfare, health centres, school counsellors, addictions programs, mental health workers, youth workers) within First Nation communities, Métis settlements and urban Aboriginal agencies.
Keyano College partners with the Nechi Institute in the delivery of this program.
Transferability Graduates of the Community Wellness Program are eligible for transfer to the following institutions:
