Description | Gain skills in the major areas that organizations rely on within Human Resource (HR): recruiting, managing, and developing employees. This certificate introduces you to HR functions and processes, HR terminology, and current legislation. Topics include HR management systems, recruitment and selection, job evaluation, compensation and benefits, payroll, and employer relations. Each course is stand-alone, which means that you can take individual courses, or complete all four courses necessary to earn a certificate. To earn the certificate, all courses must be completed in 5 years.
