| Description | The Language Instruction to Newcomers to Canada program is designed to provide basic English language training to adult newcomers. LINC will facilitate the social, cultural and economic integration of immigrants and refugees into Canada so they may feel like participating members of Canadian society as quickly as possible. To be eligible to attend LINC courses, participants must have landed immigrant status. LINC is a federally funded program and is reviewed on a yearly basis. | | |
