| Description | The Community Health and Home Care Management program includes the following curriculum: English As A Second Language, The Human in Health and Illness, Certified Caregiver/Personal Support Worker, Health Promotion and Community Development, Community Economic Development and Social Equity, Canadian Healthy Communities, and Community Health Care Providers.
