DescriptionBanking and Financial Services program is designed to teach students all the relevant aspects of and to prepare students for careers in banking and finance. Access Business College has a Curriculum Licensing Agreement with the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) to offer the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) -see CSC Exam Structure- and with the Investment Fund Institute Canada (IFIC) to offer the Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC). CSC or CIFC certification is required by the Provincial Securities Commission to obtain respective license.

Upon successful completion of this program and the Mutual Funds exam (CSC 1 & 2 exams included in the program), students can complete a Mutual Fund License application for submission to their provincial Securities Commission. To do so, the student will need to be employed by a registered company, such as a bank, who will be the sponsoring dealer and will help complete the application.
