| Description | This course provides an opportunity to practice oral language skills, to improve business vocabulary, to learn correct business protocol, and to carry on business conversations in English. Emphasis is placed on word usage, grammar, and self-expression as well as listening skills. Practical applications include research and oral presentation of data, presentations by guest speakers, telephone protocol, mock interviews, and case studies.
