| Description | This course provides an opportunity to study concepts on personal awareness, interpersonal relationships, and personnel management, including recruitment, orientation, and training of office staff. The effects of environment and ergonomics on workers and work flow are also studied. Emphasis is placed on the development of communications skills, human relations skills, conflict resolution skills, leadership skills, and personnel administration skills.
