DescriptionIn this program, our students receive practical, hands-on training in two "real world" environments: the pub and the club classroom settings. In the pub setting, students will learn to build upon and service a more personal clientele, build self- and customer confidence in a more relaxed atmosphere, provide front bar and service bar training, and gain a full understanding of draft equipment for better maintenance and sales productivity. In the club setting, students will learn to work on their speed and build self-confidence in a high volume environment, and become very sales oriented. The shooter bar is where they will learn flaming, proper layering techniques, and full knowledge of liqueurs and liquor substitutes. In the martini workshop, students will create mouth-watering "serve it up again Sam" martinis.

Upon the completion of the program, students will be confident with all the in's and out's of bartending, and will be able to perform in this exciting and rewarding industry with ease at no risk to their employer. The training received in our classrooms provides students with the knowledge, confidence, and the ability to choose various work avenues. Not all bars have the same procedure for producing sales and profit. Our program is based on "Real World Experience" to give you "Real World Training." Our in-class speed rounds (provided at no additional cost) have set standards for real world training globally.
