* A minimum of 60% (C-) in Math 30/30(Pure) or 65% (C-) in Math 33/30 Applied and
* A minimum of 60% (C-) in English 30/30-1 or 65% (C-) in English 33/30-2 or equivalent.
Mature students (students who are 21 years or older) may be admitted by:
* the completion of the above Math and English courses only (with the grades specified) or
* a pass mark on the College Entrance Test. (Contact the Office of the Registrar at (780) 791 4801 to arrange to write this exam.); or
* apply as a "Special" student. Special students may take up to four courses without meeting the Admission Requirements. | | |

| Description | This is a career advancement program designed specifically for students who wish to gain knowledge and skills relating to a career in Human Resources Management (HRM). It is offered as a part-time program with all courses available in the evenings.
The HRM Certificate program consists of eight courses. Four of these are required courses that develop basic knowledge and communication skills relevant to the practice of HRM. Students choose a further four courses from a list of electives. The electives are specialized courses, providing in-depth knowledge and training in particular components of the HRM function. | | |
