| Prerequisites Notes | Grade 12 with a minimum of 70% in each of the following subjects: Foundations of Math 30 or Workplace and Apprenticeship Math 30, Biology 30 and Chemistry 30 and meet an English Language Requirement. It is strongly recommended that you obtain Standard First Aid and CPR HeartSaver 'A' AED or equivalent as health care practitioners. Applicants who do not possess the academic qualifications for a program may be admitted if evidence of probable success can be established through a special admission assessment.
