| Description | The Faculty of Computer Science offers a program leading to a Certificate in Computer-Telephony Integration, which provides individuals with the background required to participate in the implementation of CTI solutions in a business environment. This program is available to students enrolled in undergraduate degree programs, particularly computer science, engineering, and business, and also to working adults. The program may be taken part-time or as part of a full-time program. It is expected that applicants will have a familiarity with programming basic applications of computers in business before applying to the program. Credits earned in the certificate program may be counted towards a degree program, in consultation with the relevant faculty advisor.
