DescriptionThe purpose of the Pre-Health Sciences one-year certificate program is to provide a college and university level program for recent secondary school graduates, or mature students wishing to increase their knowledge of science and mathematics. If you wish to obtain the pre-requisites necessary for admission to Health Science related programs at College or University, this is the course for you. The Pre-Health Science program offers two streams. The College program level stream is geared towards those students who are pursuing health related programs at a College institution. The University level stream is geared to preparing students to enroll in the Collaborative Nursing program, the Medical Radiation Technology program or other approved University programs.

*It is advised that students seeking entrance into a university program, confirm with the respective university’s admission department whether they will accept Pre-Health Science credits in lieu of the required program’s entrance requirements.
