| Description | These certificate programs are designed to provide individuals, especially working adults, with an opportunity to engage in systematic and coordinated study directed towards an academic goal. Participants enrolled in the certificate programs will have an opportunity to study the basic principles of administration and management; to improve their analytical skills; to increase their awareness of the various factors contributing to effective decision-making; and to understand the basic functions of organizations.
The Human Resource Management Certificate is designed for individuals who are currently engaged in the Human Resource Management profession, are contemplating a career in Human Resource Management or simply wish to study Human Resource Management and changing resource needs of the future business environment. This certificate helps students to develop and enhance their practical skills which can be directly applied to the day-to-day operation of the human resource function.
