DescriptionIn co-operation with local food service operators, the College offers the in-school sessions for cook apprentice training at the Basic - Level I and the Advanced - Level II.

Each of these levels operates at 12 hours per week (as a day release program) for a duration of 30 weeks each. This allows the student to continue to work while completing the mandatory hours of in-school training, as well as continuing to work towards attaining their Journeyman’s status.
