DescriptionThis is an advanced certificate in the Labour Market Assessment (LMIA) process. LMIA is an opinion given by a federal government officer regarding the effect of the employment of a foreign national by a Canadian employer on the Canadian labour market. The course will thoroughly examine the LMIA process, giving immigration practitioners the opportunity to undertake a detailed study of this area of Canadian Immigration Law. The course focuses on the practical application of the LMIA process.
