| Prerequisites Notes | Applicants must have a minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA in the last 60 hours of their bachelor's degree. Alternatively, applicants must have a minimum of a 3.00 cumulative GPA in an applicable master's degree. Applicants must also have six months of experience in the conduct of clinical research.Those interested in the certificate can apply to the program if they have earned a bachelor's or master's degree from a nationally recognized, regionally accredited academic institution that includes courses with content in anatomy, physiology and medical terminology. Alternatively, applications are accepted from those who have earned a bachelor's degree and provide evidence of successful completion of additional courses in anatomy, physiology and medical terminology.

Writing prompt answering clinical trial research questions.
Up-to-date curriculum vitae or resume.
Three online references.
Proof of English proficiency (for students whose first language isn’t English).

The personal statement submitted with your application should be approximately 500 words. You should include your short- and long-term goals, discuss what you wish to get out of this degree program and share your interest in the field of clinical research or regulatory science.
