In Applied Human Nutrition, you'll learn about human nutrition and how it can be used to maintain health and prevent disease. You’ll also dive into the complex individual and social behaviours relating to food and how these behavioural factors influence nutrition habits throughout the lifespan. Using this theoretical knowledge, you’ll be well-equipped to translate the latest evidence into practical programs and policies.
