Description | Take your education to the next level with the post-diploma certificate in Agriculture Technology Integration. Designed for those of you who have completed a related diploma or degree, this eight-month program will provide you with the understanding of how related technologies and components interact to provide accurate information and real-time monitoring and controls to the agriculture producer.
Through a blended course delivery of on campus classes and high tech, hands-on experiences through the Smart Farm at Olds College of Agriculture & Technology, you will learn how to recognize the connections and interactions between hardware and software that will enable producers to maximize time in the field. By the end of this program you will be able to link emerging technologies with existing farm infrastructure, including the installation, calibration, troubleshooting and repair of precision agriculture hardware and equipment, including mechanical and software systems.
