Prerequisites Notes | Ontario College Advanced Diploma (or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering Technology* or Mechanical Engineering Technology*, with a minimum mid-70s average.
*Chemical Engineering Technology and Mechanical Engineering Technology graduates from Durham College who present the minimum required average, have been pre-approved for admission. Graduates of other three-year college diploma programs should contact the Admissions office to determine their admission eligibility.
Once you have completed the bridge courses with a minimum C grade in each course, you will proceed into the four-year BTech program. In recognition of your diploma, you will receive 13 courses towards your 40-course BTech degree. | | |

Description | The Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Sustainable Energy Systems program ensures graduates possess a deep familiarity with the technologies associated with energy systems and various technological options, as well as the skills to continually assess new energy technologies and changes to energy systems. Graduates will also possess business and communication skills that will help them put their technical knowledge to use. Graduates will be well versed in the strengths and limitations of various energy supply options, which depend on local and regional conditions.
