| Description | If you work in the healthcare or social science fields and want to increase your competency in caring for individuals with dementia, this Ontario College Graduate Certificate program provides students with the skills and strategies necessary for person-centred care, while emphasizing the importance of preserving the uniqueness of individuals with dementia.
