Each applicant must be a high school graduate or have mature student status, be bond-able, be healthy, be proficient at speaking, reading, writing, and comprehending English, be a caring person, and have a genuine desire to work with the elderly.
Each applicant will have a personal interview to evaluate the above criteria, as well as to help the candidate make an informed decision before committing to a new field of study. If English training is deemed to be necessary, the applicant will be sent to a specialized ESL instruction school for further evaluation, so as to determine their skill level and the length of English training required before entering a specialized field of training.
