Description:

Process and Chemical Engineers are involved in the design, modification and operation of processes to produce products across a broad range of process industries, including food production, bulk chemicals, pharmaceuticals, fuels and plastics. Process and Chemical engineering helps provide a pathway towards meeting societal requirements around energy provision, food production, water supply, waste management, consumer goods and healthcare products.

  •  Grade12 Biology  or  Grade12 Chemistry  or  Grade12 Physics 
Applicants are required to have a minimum average of 70% in six acceptable Grade 12 U, U/C or M courses including Grade 12 U English, Maths, and Lab Science or Technology. The following are considered Lab Science subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Physics with Chemistry (Joint) and Agricultural Science. Technology can be substituted for a Lab Science subject.
