EMPLOYABILITY: The Department of Psychology is ranked 5th in the UK for Graduate Prospects by 2018 The Times and Sunday Times University League Tables.

Criminology is ranked 3rd in the UK (Times Good University Guide 2018)

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: ABB – BBB. For applicants offering at least one of the following subjects at A level: Psychology, Biology, Chemistry, Maths or Physics, the typical offer will be BBB.

ACCREDITATION: The Psychology Degree is validated by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and (providing that a minimum of a Second Class Honours Degree, Division Two is achieved) confers eligibility for Graduate Membership of the BPS and for the Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC). The latter is the first step to becoming a Chartered Psychologist.

STUDY ABROAD: Students can apply to transfer to the Year abroad Undergraduate Scheme.
