This accessories design course prepares you for a successful career as a product designer and developer in the exciting field of fashion bags and accessories. On BA (Hons) Cordwainers Fashion Bags and Accessories: Product Design and Innovation students learn how to research, produce initial design ideas and develop them through to a finished 3D prototype. It also provides a comprehensive understanding of the fashion accessories industry and the role of a product designer and developer.
Students have the option of doing a placement year between the second and final year of the course. Successful completion of this year will give students an additional qualification and they will have the opportunity to make contacts and build relationships within the industry before the end of their studies. |
