If you don't have the usual scientific or mathematical background for an engineering degree, a foundation year is for you. After successfully completing the foundation year, which has modules in mathematics, physics and chemistry, you can start a BEng or MEng degree.

Applicants are required to have an average of 80% in six grade 12 U, U/C or M courses, including Mathematics and a science subject. Science subjects include Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Human Biology, Further Maths or Statistics. A Level General Studies and Critical Thinking are not accepted.
