Designed for recent university graduates with a bachelor's degree in a non-business discipline. This 4-month program starts each year in May at Smith School of Business in Kingston, Ontario. Not only will the knowledge and skills acquired in this program prepare you for a broad range of careers, but credits earned can be applied in the future towards Queen's MBA and Master's degree programs.

Candidates must possess an undergraduate degree from a recognized university. The Admissions Committee will make a determination on the suitability of the undergraduate degree when assessing a candidate's complete admission file. Successful candidates will typically possess a minimum B+ average (roughly equivalent to 75%) in the final two years of their undergraduate program.
