From motorways and bridges to medical devices and complex manufacturing assemblies – none of these would be possible without engineers. As an engineer you address the key issues we face today, like access to clean water, sustainable energy systems, waste management, recycling and environmental pressures. The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) is for students who want to become professional engineers. It’s accredited by the Institution of Professional Engineers New Zealand (IPENZ) as meeting the Washington Accord and prepares you for IPENZ membership*.
