This course develops your passion for music and allows you to develop insight, attitude and skills to make a career in the music industry. We encourage students to explore aspects of how music works globally and within commercial and social enterprise sectors.
Our teaching embraces practical engagement with the creative and cultural sectors and opportunities for placement, project work and tutor supported business planning are a feature of the programme. Students benefit from working alongside practising musicians and a professional studio: studies are augmented with lively and constant engagement within the Cultural Quarter of Leicester.
