In this four-semester program, you'll receive both classroom and lab/workshop instruction at our state-of-the-art tool making facility. After the third semester, you may have the opportunity for on-the-job training, where you'll develop in-depth tool making skills and can potentially secure up to 2,000 hours of experience towards your apprenticeship.
When you graduate from this program, you'll receive an Ontario College Mechanical Technician diploma. You may also get credit for levels 1 and 2 of your apprenticeship in-school training requirements as part of this program. This would give you a great advantage as you work towards your apprenticeship. |
