Sports engineers design new products and/or improve and measure sports performance. The course allows you to develop the tools and techniques of product design within sports product development. This includes knowledge of the physiological response of the body when taking part in sports and using sporting equipment.
This course is run by the Design, Manufacture & Engineering Management with significant input from other specialist departments. You’ll develop skills in aesthetics and graphic communication alongside those in sports science, materials and manufacturing. |
