Business Enterprise is about the creation of wealth, creativity and resourcefulness and exploiting change. This course is designed for students who want to start a new enterprise, those who want to take over the management of an existing business and those who are aiming for leadership positions.
Studying Management will help you understand theory and develop the skills to put it into practice. Management is sometimes defined as the achievement of results with, and through, others. Whether the challenge is developing profitable new products or improving the health of our nation, the answer often comes down to management. |
