Description:

Business Enterprise is about the creation of wealth, creativity and resourcefulness and exploiting change. This course is designed for students who want to start a new enterprise, those who want to take over the management of an existing business and those who are aiming for leadership positions.

Studying Hospitality & Tourism Management will prepare you for leadership roles in a dynamic industry which generates £5 billion to the Scottish economy and creates 1 in 10 jobs. You’ll have the skills to manage operations and business across a range of industries including hospitality, tourism and events.
