Description:

The Sprott Shaw College Business Administration Principles diploma program is designed to provide an introduction to the fundamental principles of business operations. It is a short program well suited to the individual that would like to upgrade their office and business skills. Sprott Shaw College Business Administration Principles graduates are able to: productively use MS Office including Word, Excel and Access; support digital media activities such as social media marketing; develop and manage project plans; perform accounting activities and understand accounting statements; and communicate effectively.

People planning to work in this competitive field require strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Those who develop skills in these areas will be better prepared to compete for jobs. With additional experience, transferable skills or training, progression to management positions is possible.

Prerequisites:

    Applicants are required to have Grade 12/GED or mature student status (all transcripts must be "true certified copies" or originals).
    Application Notes : International students are required to submit proof of English Proficiency such as IELTS or TOEFL scores (if available) or have successfully completed the Sprott-Shaw Entrance Assessment (with a minimum score of 20/40 in language).
    Additional Admission Requirements:
      Applicants must successfully complete the admissions interview and entrance assessment (with a minimum composite score of 42).
