Reimagine and rethink disability! In the Disability Studies program, you'll learn to value diverse positions, people and ideas, and discover how successful inclusion benefits everyone. In King’s Disability Studies program, you’ll disrupt common understandings of disability and impairment. You’ll learn to reimagine disability as a difference, capacity or gift instead of as a deficit, dysfunction or problem. You’ll analyze, respond to, and diminish the effects of ableism, and elevate the voices and texts of disabled people and their allies. |

If you are studying at an Ontario secondary school, you will need the following: - An Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)
- A minimum of six Grade 12 U/M level courses (excluding co-op), including English (ENG4U)
- All required and recommended courses must be at the Grade 12U/M level
