The Business Administration, Leadership and Management program focuses on helping students identify and develop their leadership potential in management and leadership practices through industry and competitive analysis and by helping students to become confident in decision-making; resilient and adaptable when change is required, and along with the ability to develop their personal and social responsibilities to stakeholders.
Students will enhance their ability to manage projects, find efficiencies, identify the best hires, and leverage their financial knowledge into smart, innovative and strategic business decisions. Through experiential learning and practical assignments that will simulate real business situations, they will focus on their growth as leaders and decision-makers. Experienced and knowledgeable professors will help students fine-tune their business expertise and new essential skills. |

Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent, or mature student status (19 years or older).
Grade 12 English (C or U), or equivalent (minimum grade required), or take the Centennial College English Skills Assessment for Admission.
Grade 11 Mathematics or Grade 12 (C, M, or U), or equivalent (minimum grade required), or take a Centennial College Math Skills Assessment for Admission. |
| Additional Admission Requirements: | To qualify for co-op, applicants are required to have: a minimum of 80% of courses completed from year one; a minimum C (60%) grade in COMM-170/171; and a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher (this must be maintained for the duration of the program), Students must be legally eligible to work in Canada, Students who meet the above prerequisites will apply to transfer to the co-op program as scheduled, Note: Meeting the minimum co-op program requirements does not guarantee admission into the co-op program. |
