Description:Alpha International Academy connects international students seeking a quality post-secondary education with one of the leading colleges in Ontario. The General Arts & Science Diploma provides a broad liberal arts curriculum that prepares students for the workforce, college programs, or transfer to university. Core courses provide a solid foundation in communications and interpersonal skills, computers, math­ematics, analytical skills, and applied science. Complementing these are general education courses in a variety of cultural and business-related topics such as Film, Environmental Studies, Organizational Behaviour, and Entrepreneurship. Those heading for the workforce acquire effective career search techniques and have the opportunity to complete a work placement with an employer. Alpha Arts & Science courses have been designed to meet the needs of International students and equip them for future study or employment in Canada or around the globe.

Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent including the following prerequisites: Grade 12 English at the C or U level Grade 11 Math at the C or U level Students with previous post-secondary credentials may apply for advanced standing in General Arts and Science. Each request will be assessed individually by a College academic advisor.
