As more buildings are created, existing ones need to be effectively managed. Working with a wide range of professionals and clients in the property and construction industry, building surveyors provide a varied portfolio of professional services. These can include project management, legal and technical advice, building surveys and reports, defect diagnosis and conservation issues, and design solutions for new build and refurbishment schemes.
A placement can contribute to you performing better in your degree and can, in turn, improve your employability upon graduating. It provides an opportunity for you to implement your learning ino real life situations, whilst honing your professional skills and allowing you to work towards your APC. |
