Description:

Aged Care Management is designed for managers who require knowledge and skills in contemporary management and their application to the aged care and community sector. Emphasis is placed on critical and analytical skills in industry specific financial modeling, planning and performance; service delivery theory and models; current and future workforce issues thus providing graduates with capacity to pre-empt and respond to changes as they emerge.
