Description:

In Spanish, emphasis is placed on communicating effectively and developing transferable skills such as translating, interpreting, and interview techniques and practical language classes embrace speaking, listening, reading and writing. We offer a wide choice of subjects related to Spain and Latin America, which may include society, cinema, culture and linguistics. You will be required to spend your third year abroad; this could be a study or work placement or a British Council assistantship. After this year, you return to MMU to study for your final year.

    Canadian High School diploma holders (Grade 12 graduates) are usually accepted, subject to meeting the minimum entry requirements of the University. Please note that Grade 11 mathematics and English and/or above are usually required for most academic courses.
