Description:

The BSc (Hons) Oil and Gas Management is an industry-relevant degree which will prepare you for a career in this global industry. On the course, you will gain an understanding of management practices, develop your analytical skills and show awareness of ethical issues in the extractive industry and how they relate to your own personal beliefs.

You will be amongst a new wave of students focused on sustainability and environmental concerns within the oil and gas industries – both very current concerns for employers within the energy sector. The combination of classroom lectures, practical projects and e-learning will ensure that you are fully engaged with the course. You will study at one of our London campuses, opening up employment opportunities within some of the world's leading energy organisations.

This program can be completed in two or three years.

Prerequisites:

These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school.
    Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have one of the following: BTEC National Diploma or Certificate; Minimum of 2 A Level passes (grades A* to E); NQF Level 3 qualification (or international equivalent), or; Bachelor Extended Pathway (Year Zero).

    Mature students (those 21 and over) with evidence of full-time work experience supported by a reference from their employer may be considered on their individual merits.

    If your first language is not English, you will need to demonstrate the following levels of proficiency in English language: Cambridge IELTS (Academic Test): 6.0 or above (no less than 5.5. in any skill and no less than 6.0 in the Reading and Writing skills for all Law related programmes); Cambridge English (Advanced): Grade C or above (no less than 'weak' for any skill), or; Pearson Test of English (PTE Academic): 55 or above (No less than 51 in any skill and no less than 56 in the Reading and Writing skills for all Law related programmes).
