| The Professional Dancers' Program at Canada’s National Ballet School is designed to guide professionals into new careers as teachers/ ballet masters/mistresses. A One-Year Certificate or a Two-Year Diploma Program is available to professional dancers with at least five years' experience in a classically based company. |
These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school.
Admission is based on previous professional experience including 5 years in a classically-based company, as well as a DVD submission (PDF). Applicants may also be asked to attend the four-day assessment held at NBS May 2 – 5, 2016.
