Description:

The Master of Management program is designed for working professionals interested in co-managing their education. It is delivered through experiential, online, and face-to-face learning over 25 months. Key areas of management knowledge are studied through the lenses of the regional and organizational contexts from which students come. Equipped with a globally recognized degree, graduates will acquire the capacity to lead and manage fast-changing organizations in globally connected regions with a regional focus.

Weaving courses together into themed learning modules is a major innovation of the program. The interconnection of disciplines is emphasized at the same time that those same disciplines are studied in-depth. The foundations of this blended-learning program are three two-week residential modules at UBC’s Okanagan campus each summer. Between these in-residence experiences, cutting-edge online learning platforms enable students to participate from home. UBC faculty lead teaching teams include academic experts and organizational leaders from regions around the world.
