They work with the classroom teacher and the Educational Support Services team to help students with academic, physical, or behavioural needs. You'll learn how to implement the principles of universal design for learning to support an inclusive environment, and techniques to help a varied group of learners meet their educational goals. Modern classrooms thrive on diversity and Educational Assistants play a valuable role as a part of this educational support team.
