Description:

The PhD degree program in physiology and pathophysiology consists of research in pursuit of discovery and coursework, which has allowed graduates to successfully pursue further educational opportunities and careers in academia/education, health care, industry, government and law, as well as entrepreneurial ventures.

    To be considered for direct entry to the Physiology and Pathophysiology (PhD) program, you must:
  • Have a master’s degree (or equivalent) from a recognized university

  • Show evidence of personal, intellectual and professional attributes that would predict success as an independent investigator
  • Provisional acceptance of a qualified graduate advisor
