|Description:||The world of sport media—including game coverage, feature productions, information and news programming and sports marketing—has become more sophisticated and more vast than ever before. Whether on television, radio, mobile devices, live venues or websites, sport media professionals must excel in managing and presenting sports entertainment in exciting and engaging ways. Students in the RTA School of Media’s Sport Media program—the first of its kind in North America—will learn about the creative, production, marketing and business side of professional sports. They will gain the skills to succeed at sport media production and business while having a strong education that includes a solid foundation in critical theory and liberal studies. Graduates with this specialized skill set will be well positioned to score big in the dynamic world of sport media.
